The data you provide will be treated confidentially. The provider has adopted all the necessary technical and organisational measures, as well as all levels of protection required, to guarantee the security of data processing and to prevent its alteration, loss, theft, unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with the state of the art and the nature of the stored data. Likewise, it is guaranteed that the processing and recording of data in files, software, systems or equipment, premises and centres comply with the integrity and security requirements and conditions established by the applicable regulations.
Language:
The applicable language of this privacy policy is Deutsch. Therefore, in the event of any contradiction between versions provided in other languages, the English version shall prevail.
Social Media:
We inform you that CATALANA DRILLING GmbH may have a presence on social media platforms. The processing of data belonging to individuals who become followers on social networks (and/or establish any type of link or connection through social media) of CATALANA DRILLING GmbH’s official pages shall be governed by this section, as well as by the terms of use, privacy policies and access regulations of the relevant social network, which must have been previously accepted by the user.
CATALANA DRILLING GmbH will process your data for the purpose of properly managing its presence on the social network, informing you about the provider’s activities, products, or services, as well as for any other purpose permitted by the regulations of the relevant social networks.
It is forbidden to publish any content:

CV Submission:
If the User submits their CV through our website, they are informed that the data provided will be processed in order to include them in any recruitment processes that may be carried out, performing an analysis of the applicant’s profile to select the best candidate for the vacancy offered by the Controller. We inform you that this is the only official procedure for accepting your résumé; therefore, CVs submitted through any other method will not be accepted. If there are any changes to your data, we kindly ask you to notify us in writing as soon as possible to ensure your information is kept properly updated.
The data will be stored for a maximum period of one year, after which it will be deleted, guaranteeing full confidentiality both during processing and in its subsequent destruction. After this period, if you wish to continue participating in the Controller’s recruitment processes, we kindly ask you to submit your CV again.
WhatsApp:
Your data will be shared with WhatsApp Ireland Limited, whose technical security measures ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your information, as stated in its own privacy policy, and with WhatsApp LLC, a company located in the United States and adhering to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework approved by the European Commission. No further disclosures are foreseen, except where required by law or by judicial request.
Your data will be retained for as long as the purpose for which it was obtained remains in effect. Once it is no longer needed, it will be duly blocked, archived, and stored for the legally established period.
The WhatsApp service of CATALANA DRILLING GmbH may not be used to send content other than that necessary to respond to the enquiry. It is strictly prohibited to send content that is unlawful under national or international regulations, that infringes fundamental rights, or that in general contravenes the principles of legality, honesty, responsibility, protection of privacy, consumer protection, or intellectual and industrial property rights.
Video surveillance:
Images are recorded for the purpose of ensuring the safety of individuals, property, and facilities. Users are informed through a video‑surveillance sign placed in a visible location prior to the camera, indicating that the premises are under surveillance.
No disclosures are foreseen, except to law enforcement authorities, nor will any international data transfers be carried out.
The images will be stored for a maximum period of 30 days from the moment of capture. Once this period has elapsed, the images must be deleted in accordance with applicable regulations, which state that: “Deletion shall result in the blocking of the data, which shall be retained solely for the purpose of making them available to Public Administrations, Judges and Courts for the attention of potential liabilities arising from the processing, during the applicable statute of limitations. Once this period has elapsed, the data must be permanently erased.”
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
CATALANA DRILLING GmbH reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments.
REVOCABILITY
The consent given, both for the processing and for the transfer of the data of the data subjects, may be revoked at any time by notifying CATALANA DRILLING GmbH under the terms established in this Policy for the exercise of rights. Such revocation shall under no circumstances have retroactive effects.
