Xmas Meeting Day was a day full of creativity, games and great energy to say goodbye to 2025.
On December 19th, we flew to Barcelona, to the Headquarters of Catalana de Perforacions, to take part in the Xmas Meeting Day — an annual event that brings together more than 370 professionals from all the companies in the group to close the year, share experiences and strengthen internal communication.
From Catalana Drilling, we joined the event with enthusiasm, enjoying a day full of creativity, learning and a fantastic atmosphere.
Team creativity: teambuilding with graffiti art
We started the day with a teambuilding activity based on graffiti art, led by Concep’t — a unique and inspiring proposal that allowed us to work together from a creative perspective.
Between colours, ideas and plenty of collaboration, we created a mural that reflects the values shared across the companies in the group: innovation, effort, teamwork and a forward-looking mindset.
An experience that reminded us that creativity is also part of how we face challenges.
A clue game to discover the group’s activities
Between one spray and the next, we took part in a clue-based game designed to highlight the different activities carried out by the companies in the group: Catalana de Perforacions, Perforaciones e Hincas, Elèctrica Pintó, Domini Ambiental, ClorEP, Comelsa and Urven.
It was a dynamic and fun way to better understand the solutions, projects and specialities that define us, and to reinforce the importance of teamwork.
For Catalana Drilling, it was especially enriching to connect with the diversity of knowledge and capabilities that exist within the business group.
Pica-pica at WOW and a final full of laughter with Improshow
The day concluded at WOW Manresa, where we enjoyed a pica-pica in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
The final touch was an Improshow performance by Planeta Impro, offering moments of humour, improvisation and lots of laughter.
A perfect way to close the year and celebrate everything we have achieved together.
A year-end that strengthens our unity
Xmas Meeting Day is much more than an event: it is an opportunity to recognise the work of all the people who are part of the team, share learnings and strengthen the connection between teams across all the companies in the group.
From Catalana Drilling, we want to thank all colleagues for their participation, energy and commitment throughout 2025.
