With more than 55 years of experience in drilling and underground construction, we are pioneers in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, providing technical support, managing quotations and proposals, conducting market analysis, and representing the company at industry fairs and business meetings.You will work closely with the Sales Team at our Headquarters – Catalana de Perforacions – in Spain, and contribute to the development of the expansion strategy in the region.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Active acquisition of new clients in the German B2B market
  • Building and sustainably developing your own customer portfolio
  • Providing technical advice and support to clients
  • Preparing and following up on offers in collaboration with the technical department
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis
  • Participating in industry fairs, client meetings, and sector events
  • Close collaboration with the Sales Team at the Headquarters in Spain
  • Supporting the development of the commercial strategy in Germany

What do we expect from you?

  • Completed technical or commercial training or a university degree (e.g. Civil Engineering, Public Works, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Previous experience in technical sales within the construction or underground works sector: HDD, civil works, infrastructure or related fields
  • Previous knowledge of drilling and underground construction is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills and a clear results-oriented mindset
  • Autonomous, structured and goal-driven working style
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of motivation
  • Availability to travel within Germany and Austria
  • Availability for regular stays at the Headquarters – Catalana de Perforacions – in Spain
  • Native German speaker (mandatory)
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
