At Catalana Drilling, we are continuing to grow and are looking for new professionals to join our team. We are part of Catalana de Perforacions, a Spain-based company with almost six decades of experience in drilling and civil engineering, and a pioneer in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).
As a Truck Crane Driver, you will be part of our site teams, transporting the machinery, equipment and materials required for our projects and supporting the team with other site activities when necessary.
You will work on projects at different locations across Germany, so we are looking for someone who is willing to travel, takes a responsible approach to their work and can adapt to the requirements of each project.

What will your day-to-day work as a Truck Crane Driver involve?
- You will be responsible for the vehicles assigned to transport machinery, equipment, tools and materials.
- You will drive between different project sites and work locations as required.
- You will assist with the loading and unloading of materials, equipment and tools.
- You will carry out basic vehicle checks before and after each journey.
- You will keep the assigned vehicle and equipment clean, organised and in good working order.
- When no transport is required, you will support the rest of the team with drilling operations when necessary.
- You will work closely with the rest of the team to meet the schedule and objectives of each project.
- You will follow all established health and safety procedures, both while driving and during site operations.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum education: compulsory secondary education or equivalent.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Valid Category C+E driving licence.
- Previous experience as a driver will be an advantage, particularly within the construction or civil engineering sectors, machinery transport or similar activities.
- Previous experience in construction or site work will be an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to different working environments.
- A responsible and committed approach to work, with good attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn new skills.
- Essential: willingness and availability to travel and work at different locations across Europe, depending on project requirements and locations.
- Availability to work some weekends when required by the project.
Our teams travel according to the location and duration of each project, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working away from their usual place of residence.
